CHEYNEY, Pa. - The Men's basketball home opener vs Virginia Union University has been moved from a 7:00 PM start to a 6:00 PM tip-off on Wednesday Nov. 16 inside Cope Hall.

After falling the host West Liberty University the #1 team in the Division II on Friday night, the Wolves rebounded with an excellent effort vs. Notre Dame College (Ohio) on Saturday.

The Panthers (2-0) out of the CIAA captured two close games over the weekend in the Earl Lloyd Classic.
In the opener on Friday night, Ray Anderson made a half court shot to beat the buzzer and lift the Panthers to an 86-83 victory over host West Virginia State University.
On Saturday VUU downed the University of Virginia-Wise 88-77. Anderson has scored 53 points (26.5 ppg) in two games to lead the Panthers.
Anderson paced VUU with 28 points in a 74-53 victory for the Panthers when the two teams met a season ago in Cope Hall.
