CHEYNEY, Pa. - Sr.'s Kyra Hines-Allen and Aerie DeJesus were honored before their final game at Cheyney University, unfortunately Mansfield University ruined the atmosphere with a 93-74 victory inside Cope Hall on Senior Night.

Hines-Allen scored 22 points and grabbed eight rebounds to pace the Wolves (5-21, 3-19 PSAC E), Dejesus added 10 points with three steals and a blocked shot.

Katie Fitzpatrick playing her final college game, scored 20 points, grabbed eight rebounds and dished out nine assists to lead the Mountaineers (7-19, 4-18 PSAC E).

Mansfield used a 9-to-2 run to turn a two point lead into a nine point half-time advantage on a three-point shot at the buzzer from Mary Kate Rumbaugh.

Mansfield increased its lead to 22 points and the Wolves could not get closer than 12 the rest of the way.

Amber Genwright finished with 15 points for Cheyney, while freshman Marlon Herring grabbed a team-high 11 rebounds.

Rumbaugh led the Mountaineers with 21 points Becky Evans added 20 and Brielle Kelly scored 13 points and pulled in 12 rebounds.

Hines-Allen ends her career with 1,269 points and 606 rebounds and 98 steals in 98 games played.

DeJesus recorded 626 points in her career, grabbed 230 rebounds, dished out 125 assists and registered 123 steals in 76 games.

Cheyney ended the season by winning three of its last five games, with victories over Shippensburg, Kutztown and Bloomsburg to end double-digit losing streaks to each.
