CHEYNEY, Pa. - So. Craig McGlond scored 14 points to lead the Cheyney men's basketball team, but the visiting Warriors from East Stroudsburg University connected of 15 three-point shots to run away from the Wolves in a 104-62 victory Saturday afternoon inside Alfred Cope Hall.

McGlond made 7-of-10 shots from the field, while fellow sophomore Imir Bailey went 6-of-9 and finished with 13 points and tied for the team-lead with five rebounds for the Wolves (2-17, 1-15 PSAC E).

Will Brown drained eight three-point shots in 10 attempts and led the Warriors (16-5, 12-5 PSAC E) with 26 points and Nick Giordano was 4-of-6 from beyond the arc and finished with 16 points.

ESU jumped out to a 10-2 lead the open the game, Cheyney was able to cut the lead to six at 11-5 on a jumper by McGlond, but Brown scored five quick points in ignite a 12-point run and put the game away.

Khaalis Carter came off the bench to score 12 points for the Wolves and Juwan Mullen also reached double figures with 11.

The Warriors made 15-of-26 three-point attempts while the Wolves were 0-of-9 in the game.

Cheyney is back in action on Wednesday Feb. 10 when it travels to PSAC East rival Lock Haven with the tipoff scheduled for 7:30 p.m.
