Box Score In a pre-match ceremony the Lady Wolves saluted the three seniors on the squad.  Linda Henderson, Crystal Mann and Denise Hill were all recognized and received flowers, an autographed ball and a framed action picture prior to the Lady Wolves season finale against Millersville.  Millersville’s lone senior Sue Caramanico was also recognized.

Despite falling in three straight, 25-16, 25-13 and 25-17, Cheyney played inspired ball.  The Lady Wolves got better and better as the season progressed and gave the coaches and University reason to be proud. 

Lindsay Ashby paced Cheyney with five kills on 14 attacks and added three blocks.  Kennetha Wallace added four kills, six assists and eight digs. 

In set one with the Marauders leading 9-6, Millersville went on a 10-2 run en route to the first set victory.  Set two was a mirror image as the Marauders jumped out to a 13-10 lead before going on a 9-2 run to take control.  In the third set the Lady Wolves were up 13-9 before Millersville rallied to tie the game at 16 and prevailing in three straight.
