In PSAC Cross over volleyball action the Lady Wolves fell to Mercyhurst and Slippery Rock by the identical score of 3-0.

In the opener against host Mercyhurst, the Lady Wolves came ever so close to stretching the match to four sets but fell 25-22 in the third. Lindsay Ashby and Breanna Joseph paced the Lady Wolves with seven and six kills respectively. Kennetha Wallace recorded 16 assists while Akia Harris registered 12 digs.

In the nightcap against Slippery Rock, the Lady Wolves fell 25-18, 25-11 and 25-17. Breanna Joseph was impressive with 16 kills off 38 attacks. Kennetha Wallace recorded 17 assists and 11 digs. The Rock scored the final five points to claim the first set. In the second set the Rock jumped out to a 5-0 lead and never looked back. In the third set it was Cheyney who took the lead 7-0 before Slippery Rock tied it up at 13 and going onto victory.

The Lady Wolves are back in action on Tuesday night at 6:00 pm in Cope Hall. Cheyney will host Bowie in a double header.
