The Lady Wolves fell in straight sets to California (PA) as well as Indiana (PA) by the score of 3-0 in women's volleyball.  The matches were contested on the campus of IUP.

In the match against Cal, Breanna Joseph paced Cheyney with seven kills on 30 attacks.  Team mate Kennetha Wallace added 15 assists while Virshae Campbell was credited with 22 kills.  In the first set with the score knotted at five, Cal scored the next nine points to take control of the set en route to a 25-10 victory.  In the second set,  neither team had more than a two point lead until late in the set. The Vulcans were up 15-14 and went on a 10-1 run to close the second set.  The third set was very similar to the second.  Cal enjoyed a 12-9 advantage before going on a 13-3 run to secure the three set sweep. 

In the night cap, IUP dominated the Lady Wolves winning in straight sets; 25-8, 25-5 and 25-14.  Joseph once again paced Cheyney with five kills and 26 attacks.  Kennetha Wallace added six assists and 10 digs.

Cheyney is back in action on Saturday.  The Lady Wolves will travel to Clarion to battle Seton Hill and Clarion.
