The Lady Wolves started the season with a match at Penn State Abington.  The Lady Lions prevailed 3-0. 

Cheyney was led by Lindsay Ashby.  Ashby recorded a team high 6 kills on 16 attacks.  She was also credited with 4 blocks.  Denise Hill also had a strong game recording 7 kills. 

Penn State now stands at 2-2.

Cheyney will face PSAC East rival East Stroudsburg on Saturday in the Poconos.  It is the conference opener for both schools.
