CHEYNEY, Pa. – So. Briana Hedgepeth scored a team-high 13 points for the Cheyney University women's basketball team, but visiting East Stroudsburg University connected on 10 three-point shots en route to an 86-52 victory Friday night in PSAC East action inside Alfred Cope Hall.

Hedgepeth made 5-of-6 shots from the field ad added two assists and two steals to pace the Lady Wolves (0-6, 0-6 PSAC East). Allison Howard led the Warriors (7-3, 3-3 PSAC East) with 13 points and nine rebounds.

So. Quinniea Gross scored a career-high nine points, tied for the team-best with five rebounds and two steals, Sr. Adriene Small also had five rebounds and five assists for Cheyney.

Noelle Powell made 3-of-4 from beyond the arc as seven different Warriors connected on three-point shots, Tiffany Lapotsky recorded eight assists and added eight points.
