WILMINGTON, DE - The Cheyney University volleyball team took a trip to Delaware to battle Division II rival Goldey-Beacom College, but came up short, as the host Lightning secured its first victory of the season inside the Jones Center, on Thursday night.
The Wolves (3-10) had difficulty handling the size and service of the Lightning (1-23), who ended with a 37-20 advantage in kills and a 12-3 edge in aces while rerocrding 34 assists..
