Playing the first home game of the season the Lady Wolves (0-2:0-1) scored the game’s first points but IUP (5-0:1-0) scored the game’s next 21 points to take a 19 point lead and would not look back.

Faye Dunston and Tamara Russell paced Cheyney with 8 points apiece as the Lady Wolves 81-39. IUP placed four in double figures and were led by Talen Watson’s 14 points. Ashley Stoner and Lindsay Stamp chipped in 13 apiece and Stoner was the game’s leading rebounder with 10.

Cheyney is back in action tomorrow hosting California (PA) at 1:00 pm in Cope Hall.
