Lachelle Miller scored 4 points and Kyra Hines-Allen added 12 but it wasn’t enough as Cheyney (1-24:1-21) fell to West Chester (15-11:12-10).

With the Lady Wolves trailing by two, 15-13, midway through the first half, West Chester went on a 16-2 run to take command of the contest. Cheyney was able to battle back in the final two minutes of the half going on a 6-0 run to cut the deficit to 10, 31-21 at half-time. The Golden Rams shot 65% (17-26) in the second half to secure the win. The Lady Wolves were never able to cut the lead into single figures.

Alex Lennon paced the Golden Rams with 29 points, 10 rebounds and five blocked shots.
