Despite 15 points from Kyra Hines Allen and 10 from Kia Whitley Duncan Cheyney (3-17:3-8) fell 89-49 to Bloomsburg (18-3:9-2) in women's Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference action.

The Lady Huskies jumped out to a 28-8 lead and never let up. They extended the advantage to 28 at half-time (48-20). Things didn't get any better for the Lady Wolves in the second half as Cheyney could only trim the lead to 52-28 four minutes into the final period.

Bloomsburg Adreana Sadowski led the way with 27 points and 10 rebounds for the Huskies. Catherine Noack added 16 while team mate Marla Simmons came off the bench to record a double double, scoring 10 points while grabbing 10 rebounds.

Cheyney will be back in action on Saturday afternoon at Mansfield. Tip-off is slated for 1:00 pm. Earlier this year the Lady Wolves defeated the Mounties. The game can be heard live over the internet at redzonemedia.com.
