Cheyney (4-20:4-11) fell 72-65 to East Stroudsburg (14-11:9-6) in the Lady Wolves final home contest of the season. Cheyney said good-bye to four seniors; Alexis Peterson, Faye Dunston, Cristina Jordan and Lachelle Miller. But it was Kia Whitely-Duncan who paced the blue and white with 27 points while Kyra Hines-Allen chipped in 20.

The Warriors jumped out to an 11-2 lead and looked in control until Coach Adams was forced to call a time out to rally his troops. Still trailing by nine, 15-6, the Lady Wolves went on a 12-0 run to take their first lead of the afternoon. But the lead was short lived as the Warriors went on a run of their own. Clinging to a 31-29 advantage East Stroudsburg closed the first half on a 14-2 run to take a 45-31 lead into the locker room.

The Warriors were able to stretch the lead to 15 four minutes into the second half before Cheyney mounted a comeback. With ESU leading 59-46 Cheyney out-scored the Warriors 12-5 to trim the deficit to six, 64-58 with 3:11 to play. However, Cheyney would not be able to get any closer.

Allison Howard led East Stroudsburg with 18 points while Jessica Martin tallied 17 while grabbing nine rebounds.
